Contract Customer Service Representative

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver superlative customer interactions that build loyalty among our physician customers with every value-added interaction you provide.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve incoming day-to-day email and phone support requests from members of the physician community.
  • Log all support requests in SaleForce.com.
  • Stay connected to member satisfaction levels. Proactively work with the necessary departments to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Capture customer feedback for use by product development and marketing teams.
  • Help support Marketing Team’s strategies.
  • Seek out additional projects and opportunities.
  • Represent the passion of our company professionally to physicians.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited university.
  • 2-4 years of proven customer support experience.
  • Commitment to delighting clients with the highest standards and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a startup work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and phone and email skills.
  • Courteous and energetic team member.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new software applications.
  • Good listening skills and problem resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • SalesForce CRM skills a plus.
