Account Supervisor - Healthcare Client
Responsibilities
- Serves as a key point of contact for client and is responsible for all project and account-related issues.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships, growing client financial commitments via Sermo offerings.
- Plans and programs that support day-to-day client activity and longer-term business objectives.
- Ensures that all deliverables are on schedule, within specifications and within budget for a given project.
- Coordinates a cross-functional team; demonstrates clear leadership and facilitates smooth workflows.
- Supports new business pursuits in the healthcare space.
- Frequent travel between the NY/NJ/PA area and the MA corporate headquarters with occasional travel elsewhere.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years experience at an advertising, marketing agency in Account Management (traditional or interactive experience) or in a client side marketing, sales or operations group.
- Knowledge or experience in an Internet businesses, web-site development, media buying and planning, or client/campaign strategy a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including creative, technical & functional resources.
- Sound analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow account by building and growing a mutually rewarding client relationship.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and impact the quality of client deliverables across all company functions.
- Self starter with ability to work independently and remotely; this position will be based in the NY/NJ area to serve Sermo's healthcare clients.
