Contract Technical Writer
Responsibilities
- Create an interactive user guide for Sermo that is informative, concise, and a page turner.
- Quickly assimilate user experience and current documentation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years technical writing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with online user guides and web products are highly desired.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new products independently.
- Experience structuring content for complex products.
- Good balance of technical foundation and user-friendly style.
- Strong focus on speed and quality.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
