Afebrile, negative throat culture, negative Mono Spot x 2, WBC 15,000 with normal differential, rash is primarily trunk, back, hands and feet, all in similar phase of development. Patient is not ill but has intense unrelenting pruritis with purulent appearing tonsillar exudate.
