48 yo african american male, uncircumcised ,otherwise healthy. Presented with glans penis lesion and abdominal wall condyloma. Bx of penis lesion= Squamous cell ca; partial penectomy done after negative ct of a&p and negative clinical exam of groin ( no adenopathy). Path shows invasive scc of penis and urthra with a proximal positive margin. I have recomended complete penectomy and perineal urethrostomy without groin node dissection currently. Any other thoughts?
