Vaginal estrogen in breast cancer - to give or not to give?
Submit Your Answer
I was asked by a 76 yo patient with G1-2 DCIS, ER strongly positive, if she can use Vagifem. She is s/p lumpectomy and XRT. She was not placed on an AI by her med onc.
Opinions in this case, as well as in general?
Are there any data that associate low dose vaginal estrogen to increased risk of breast cancer?
