Seems many of us (myself included) use Atypicals in our 'Complex Mood D/O' (Atypical/Rapid Cycling/ Bipolar I/II,etc) pts b/c we've been 'taught'- (?brainwashed?) to believe they are much better at stabilizing mood (whatever that means these days) than the typical anti-psychotics & carry a better/safer side-effect profile... What do you guys think??? Talk amoungst yourselves;)
