42 year old african lady presenting with a recurrent mass lesion on left breast. Patient had it for 5 years and underwent 2 resections ouside the US where she was assured about the nature of the disease. Lesion is nodular firm and fixed over a scar tissue. No systemic symptom. No other complain. No significant risk factors for breast cancer.
