I have a 59 yo male w/ HTN who had a EKG today that was normal excpet for a Q wave in III. It's 1mm in width and its depth is twice the height of the R wave.

All intervals are normal, axis normal and R wave progression are normal. He had an EKG 4 years ago that showed a very low voltage II at 1-2mm height but was all upgoing.

So what do you think, is this something to worry about in an asymptomatic male?
