67yowf fell in May,2009 and suffered injury to low-back and right hip. On a walker since then....cannot bear weight on the right and has plrom of r hip . No neurological deficit.....reflexes and sensation full.No fractures seen of acetabulum or head of femur. No arthritic changes in rt hip . Pain is major complaint currently.Patient has been referred to me.. I've got her hx and films from her pain doctor . She has seen two orthopedists who've had no recommendation or help to offer her. Save me from being Messianic!!Shouldn't she be seeing a hip arthroscopist, given this story? OK, so I haven't seen her yet....but give me some guidance of what to look for and where to go c this case when she shows up next week.
