50 y.o. female with hx of LASIK & p/c IOL OS, complains of sudden onset of foggy vision OS. No injection, no photophobia, no FB sensation, no photopsia, no floaters. No hx of "trauma" BUT she says, "I just came from my monthly laser treatment at my plastic surgeon's office to tighten-up my eyelids." Laser was done bilaterally to lower lids only, and only OS is foggy. No drops, Nothing applied topically by Plastic Surgeon. VA 20/20 OU.Slit lamp exam: No stain, no injection, flap OK, but 3+ white cells in A/C, moving briskly in convection current. Dilated: IOL unchanged; No cells in vitreous, No lesions seen in retina.
