33 year old male with no past medical history. Presents with a lesion on his sublingual frenulum for one week. Initially noted a soreness in the area and few days later noted the lesion seen on the photograph. He has a 18 pack year history of smoking. History is also significant for a recent root canal performed few days before he noted the lesion. What is the ddx/diagnosis?
