50 y/o with pain/numbness on the metatarsals (bilateral), both lateral and medial, radiating to all toes, with absence of symptoms in the calcaneal area, with + tinels on the right medial tarsal tunnel, with no atrophy on foot intrinsics. Non-diabetic, negative for peripheral neuropathy serum w/u. NCS started but no EDB on the right (cannot be palpated even with maneuvers). NCS on peroneal on the right done with no response in the ankle, below, and above the knee.
