Anastomosis ulcers after bariatric bypass

I saw a patient with refractory ulcers at anastomosis (at least 2 years). Had her surgery in 2002. An attempt for a revision in 2008 was unsuccessful (because she could not stop losing weight). No NSAIDs. She presents with abdominal pain. Biopsies are pending. Gastrin level is also pending. CT of abdomen is normal. She is on PPI now and Carafate.

Any ideas what do with these refractory ulcers?
