Eva joined SERMO in 2012 and is responsible for Europe. Over the last 17 years of her career in healthcare market research Eva has held several senior management positions in the industry including Vision Critical, Kantar Health, All Global (which she co-founded in 2002 and managed until the company was sold to Kantar), Fieldwork International and NOP.

Eva holds an MSc in International Business from South Bank University, London.

Benjamin joined SERMO in 2012 and has global responsibility for the company’s therapeutic and medical capabilities. A cornerstone of this is the organization's Oncology Centre of Excellence, which serves to superiorly deliver on all aspects of oncology-related fieldwork, engagement and intelligence solutions. Benjamin plays a crucial role in the carving of therapy-led business partnerships with both our market research and pharmaceutical company clients.

Over the last fourteen years of his career, Benjamin has held several senior management positions across the industry including roles in medical affairs at BMS and as the Oncology Lead Analyst at Datamonitor.

Benjamin completed his PhD in Medical Oncology at UCLH and holds a First Class Degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College London. He is an Associate of the Royal College of Science and is a regular speaker on subjects relating to oncology drug development, market research and market planning.

Sarah Cooper is the Senior Vice President Client Services, Europe, APac & LatAm and has over 13 years of healthcare market research experience. Following completion of a BSc Animal Physiology from University of Leicester Sarah started her career as a full service market researcher working for Adelphi International Research. After two years with Adelphi Sarah moved to Sydney, Australia where she worked for Decisions Research which subsequently became Cegedim Strategic Data.

In 2006 Sarah left full service market research and moved into the Data Collection arena and joined Medefield in London and built and led the client services team. After five years with Medefield Sarah joined WorldOne as VP Client Services and has played a key role in building the developing the SERMO project management teams as well as conducting account management.

Mili Bhatia is the VP of Client Services of SERMO and has 13 years of Market Research and Data Collection experience. She started her career at Kantar Health as a Project Analyst before transitioning to All Global where she worked for several years on the data collection side of the business. Mili joined SERMO in 2009 and has expertise in client services, training, strategy, panel building and field management within the US marketplace. Mili received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing while attending Hofstra University.
