Alex Naro is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Sermo. Alex joined Sermo in October 2015, and currently manages Operations, Customer Service (B2B) & IT, having also led the development of Engineering, Product Management & Customer Support (B2C). He is tasked with delivering technological and organizational innovation while balancing the regulatory and commercial requirements of both a modern social media platform consumer business as well as a traditional data collection business.
Prior to joining Sermo, Alex held numerous operational and customer facing directorships at leading Cloud/SaaS companies including Lanyon (now Cvent), Active.com & MessageLabs (now Symantec Cloud). He enjoys the challenge of balancing business requirements with technological advancement while building a talent driven organization.
