Dr. Kapoor obtained her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Creighton University and her medical degree from Ross University. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut. She has been involved in medical education, serving as the assistant residency director and assistant professor at New York Medical College. She served as associate residency director at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York with an active clinical and surgical practice for 8 years; she is currently affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals, operator of New York City’s public hospitals and clinics.
