- Have had a heart attack, stroke, or mini-stroke
- IgA deficiency
- An unusual or allergic reaction to prothrombin complex concentrate, heparin, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
- Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
- Breastfeeding

What are the most serious risks of this medication?
This medicine increases the risk of blood clots. There might be a higher risk if you had any of these in the last 3 months: blood clots, heart attack, severe circulation problems, stroke, or unstable angina.
