Description

NEXLIZET is a tablet for oral use that contains bempedoic acid and ezetimibe. Bempedoic acid is an adenosine triphosphate-citrate lyase (ACL) inhibitor, and ezetimibe is a dietary cholesterol absorption inhibitor. The tablet contains 180 mg of bempedoic acid and 10 mg of ezetimibe. Key inactive ingredients include lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The tablet is intended to inhibit cholesterol absorption, though this is inferred from the drug class.
