LEQVIO contains inclisiran sodium, a small interfering RNA directed to PCSK9 mRNA. It is available as a clear, colorless to pale yellow solution for subcutaneous administration, provided in a prefilled syringe. Each syringe holds 1.5 mL of solution, which includes 284 mg of inclisiran as 300 mg of inclisiran sodium salt. The solution may include water for injection, sodium hydroxide, and phosphoric acid for pH balance.
