Dr. Horne is a radiation oncologist with the Allegheny Health Network Cancer Institute at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital, a women’s hospital where he specializes in the treatment of breast and gynecologic malignancies. He is the director of radiation services at West Penn Hospital and of gynecologic brachytherapy for AHNCI. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and presents his research work at national and international conferences regularly.
