Elissa Yozawitz, MD

Dr. Yozawitz is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics. Her clinical and research interest focuses on children and neonates with epilepsy. Dr. Yozawitz received her medical degree from Upstate Medical University in 2005. She completed residency training in pediatrics at Long Island Jewish Medical Center as well in pediatric neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center where she additionally trained with a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology-EEG track. She previously joined Montefiore Medical Center as Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology and Pediatrics, and serves as a pediatric epileptologist as well as a director of neonatal neurology.
