An HCP PULSE is a mini survey supporting up to ten flexible questions, which delivers real-time responses from a targeted audience of SERMO’s global community of healthcare professionals. You can target respondents by country, specialty, condition, client-supplied list, or custom-created lists.
Clients that subscribe to RealTime are provided access to a select number of users, which varies based on the subscription. Each individual user is provided a unique username and password. RealTime allows users to create an HCP PULSE and track PULSES in real time.
RealTime delivers onsite feasibility calculation to provide insight into how many respondents can be expected within 24 hours, 48 hours, or 5 days based on the number and types of questions being asked, and the target audience. The majority of PULSES close in under 24 hours.
HCP PULSE data can be accessed in real-time from the client dashboard in Excel and PowerPoint formats, and from our robust onsite analytics tool.
